Key Responsibilities:
Develop, document, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
Perform manual and automated testing of software applications.
Identify, record, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation.
Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionality.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in software testing.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, WebDriverIO).
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, TestRail).
Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases.
Understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Relevant Certifications (optional but preferred):
ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board)
CSTE (Certified Software Tester)
CSQA (Certified Software Quality Analyst)

Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience
