Position Summary and Location:
To provide support with specific responsibility for ensuring that overall financial accounts are properly recorded, reconciled, prepared and supported by underlying documentation meeting statutory accounting requirements and knowledge of IFRS, GAAP and Statutory reporting and regulations of different entities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL
·Assisting with the preparation of statutory financial reports associated with the requirements of the International Financial Accounting and Reporting Standards and other reporting requirements. This includes assisting with gathering, maintenance, and analysis of information of different legal entities required for disclosure purposes in conjunction with company's tax advisors.
·Works closely with Finance colleagues, auditors, management, and finance controllers to complete the Annual Report to a high standard in line with best practice meeting SLA's.
·Address and resolve queries on statutory returns and reports, external and internal audit findings.
·Assists the statutory reporting manager with ad-hoc tasks.
·Documentation of processes and workflows are constantly reviewed to ensure they remain relevant.
·Performs analyses to determine trends, estimates, and significant changes, and writes narrative reports explaining findings.
·Other duties may be required and assigned, but not limited to above.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
·Professional qualifications is a must.
DESIRED:
·1 - 3 years’ experience preferably with an international company
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics:
·Sound knowledge of accounting principles and understanding of accounting processes.
·Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
