Job Title: Support Lead – Enterprise Applications


Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Support Lead for an exciting project involving Infor M3 ERP, EDI, custom .NET applications, and webMethods. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Infor M3 ERP systems, interfacing with other enterprise applications, EDI , excellent problem-solving abilities, and proven leadership skills to manage and coach a team of support professionals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the support team in delivering high-quality support for Infor M3 ERP, EDI integrations, custom .NET applications, and webMethods.
  • Act as a primary liaison for clients, addressing support inquiries, resolving incidents, and managing escalations effectively.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Infor M3 ERP functionalities, processes, and configurations to provide effective support and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and business units, to ensure smooth integration and functionality of applications.
  • Develop and enforce support processes and best practices to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate training sessions and knowledge sharing to ensure support staff are equipped to handle diverse issues related to Infor M3.
  • Oversee the documentation of support processes, solutions, and technical configurations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues and work towards implementing permanent fixes.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices related to Infor M3 ERP and associated systems.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Min 8+ years of experience in a technical support or leadership role, preferably within an ERP environment.
  • Strong understanding of Infor M3 ERP and its modules, processes, and functionalities.
  • Experience with EDI processes and integrations, custom .NET application development, and webMethods.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a support team, fostering an environment of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with clients and diverse teams.
  • ITIL certification or familiarity with IT service management methodologies is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:


  • Experience with cloud-based environments and technologies related to Infor M3 or ERPs like SAP
  • Goof functional knowledge in Procurement, Manufacturing
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
  • Additional certifications in Infor M3 or related technologies are a plus.
