Key job responsibilities
Support engineers in this team will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities:
* Work with tier-1 systems and make code changes to launch new nodes.
* Manage configuration across various tools and scripts to light up offers in new nodes.
* Find automation opportunities for repetitive manual tasks.
* Tag team with SDEs and QAs in the team to get a better grasp of the end to end system.
* Run production releases and change management.
Key job responsibilities

- 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience scripting in modern program languages
- Automate select systems administration tasks through creation and maintenance of scripts and tools · Automate various system configuration and maintenance tasks · Troubleshoot Application issues · Effective escalation of same to mid and senior level engineering teams for full resolution · Create and review documentation and process regarding recurring issues, new standard operating procedures, knowledge transfer material, etc.
