Summary:


The position will be part of the offshore Data Innovations Support and Operations team, which supports all data & analytics capabilities for Cencora Global Pharma Services. Leveraging your extensive reporting, analytics, and database experience, you will help to ensure the quality and accessibility of data and reporting for our clients. Leading and performing complex research/analysis in an evolving data/information environment, this role requires extensive technical troubleshooting skills, accountable for supporting the full lifecycle of data analytic activities.


Primary Responsibilities


  • Monitor overnight/weekend orchestration jobs to ensure successful data refreshes. Trace, identify, and troubleshoot failed pipelines.


  • Excellent understanding in reading & writing SQL queries.


  • Analyze and complete access requests for internal users, perform monitoring of reporting server/application upgrades, participate in deployments/new launches


  • Troubleshoot/research inaccurate reports, work on application failover and renewal processes.


  • Work with analytics consultants, client representatives, and operations stakeholders to target strategic analytics opportunities and improvements for report users.


  • Assess tasks and timelines required for on-time and quality deliverables.


  • Collaborate with colleagues to share and propagate best practices.


  • Maintain a data and information environment that provides consistent and accurate reporting of client data.

Experience and Educational Requirements


  • Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience leading the creation/support of data and analytic products.


  • Proficiency in data analysis and research.


  • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages like Power BI, SSRS, Tableau.


  • Proficient in writing SQL queries for different database environments like SQL Server, Azure, and Snowflake.


  • Experience in PowerBI/ Tableau Reporting deployments, Tableau administration tasks, including backup and recovery, monitoring, and security a plus.


Shift timings -


  • Shift – Standard 10:30 am-7:30 pm IST & every 3rd week rotational 8:30 am to 5:30 Pm IST


MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:


  • Azure Data Engineer with Azure Data Factory pipelines skills - Good to have.


  • Job monitoring skills, ability to trace and identify failed pipelines


  • Familiar with Data Storage, Databricks, and Pyspark


  • Ability to understand, read & write complex SQL queries


  • Must be able to manage multiple and changing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring aggressive deadlines are met.


  • Strong time management skills - able to prioritize, organize, and plan work effectively.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both with business-facing and technical-facing colleagues.


  • Strong problem-solving ability.
