The Role: Support Associate


The Team:



Our team is responsible for the internal technology user experience within the Commodity Insights division at S&P, focusing on delivering an excellent user experience for our colleagues so they can conduct their work more effectively. We collaborate closely with key stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions, blending deep industry expertise with a focus on user experience and customer success. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies and a global network, making it a fantastic opportunity for growth and professional development. Responsibilities and Impact:



  • Support the implementation and execution of colleague-facing initiatives, leveraging modern technology platforms to enhance the internal user experience and data-driven decision-making.



  • Manage day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth platform performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing user support to enhance colleague productivity.



  • Own and facilitate data integration across multiple platforms, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and effective information flow for internal users.



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, Commercial stakeholders, and Customer Excellence, to ensure alignment with business objectives and internal user needs.



  • Develop and deliver training, documentation, and ongoing support to internal users, driving platform adoption and effective utilization.



  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the efficiency, scalability, and impact of internal user experience strategies.




What We’reLooking For:



Basic Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field.



  • Proven experience in supporting enterprise platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, and customer engagement tools.



  • Knowledge of data integration processes and familiarity with platforms such as Higher Logic Vanilla and Gainsight.



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.



Key Soft Skills:



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.




  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.



  • Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement.



Additional Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.



  • Familiarity with marketing and customer success workflows.



  • Prior experience in a support role for SaaS platforms is a plus.
