Supply Chain Administrator for Paper Business Line (based in Gurgaon/ Pune, India)


Are you the enthusiastic, self-driven and result-oriented professional who wants to move our customer’s performance forward?


We are looking for “Supply Chain Administrator” to be based in Gurgaon/ Pune, India. This position reports to “Senior Manager, PAP India Supply Management”.  In this position you will be responsible for Order administration, MIS, Documentation and Invoicing processes to support the procurement and logistics activities efficiently.


In this position, you will be required to:


  • Execute the operational issuing, administration and closing of Purchase orders, including item management.
  • Perform Invoice matching, booking and ensure supplier payments in accordance.
  • Manage relevant purchasing/ supplier Master data, prepare Management summaries, Internal reporting and Coordination with global stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely document submission at dispatches.
  • Submit bills and relevant documents to finance and on common portal(s) as per timelines.
  • Maintain project budgets and reporting based on booking of costs.

To succeed this role, you will need:


Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel) Knowledge of procurement and logistics related typical documentation (Purchase order, Invoice, Shipping bill, Bill of lading, E-way bill, Exports’ related documentation, etc.) Preferred experience and hands-on BAAN ERP Commercial and taxation experience Proactive mindset Go along attitude with company policies and HSE procedures and practices Good communication and presentation skills English language skills (written and spoken) as mandatory
