Salesforce Technical Architect
The Salesforce Technical Lead will be a pivotal figure in our team, responsible for delivering cloud technology solutions to our clients. This position will primarily be involved in leading the development of solutions on Apex/LWC, configuring Salesforce, enforcing best practices and DevOps process within the team, and coordinating with onsite consultants for requirement gathering.
As a Technical Lead, you will closely collaborate with Salesforce Consultants, Solution and Technical Architects, and Developers to design, develop, and deliver client solutions while fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
Leading Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Development: Supervise and guide the project team in Salesforce configuration tasks. Ensure that the customization and extension of Salesforce functionalities using declarative tools and programming meet deadlines and quality standards.
Enforcing Best Practices and DevOps Process: Establish, promote, and enforce best practices in Apex and LWC development. Ensure adherence to DevOps processes, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with onsite consultants to gather business requirements, understand client needs, and propose appropriate Salesforce solutions. Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions to secure a comprehensive understanding of project objectives.
Team Management & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers. Promote an environment of continuous learning and growth. Regularly review and provide feedback on team member performance.
Leading Project Meetings: Actively participate in and lead key project meetings, including solution sprint demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training. Present developed solutions and provide technical insights to stakeholders, ensuring a smooth project lifecycle.
Qualifications
7 - 10 years hands-on experience configuring solutions using the Salesforce platform to implement business solutions for clients, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Expertise in custom development using technologies like Apex, Javascript & Node JS with a strong understanding of Apex & triggers, Visualforce pages, LWC.
Expertise in automations, process builder, and flow.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, use initiative and be self-directed to meet deadlines.
