Supervisor - Sales Admin (F/M/D)

• To conduct order execution from order to cash process
• Coordinate for technical reasons between the sales persons, customer and operations
• ERP or SAP system entries, dispatch planning
• Drawing preparation and Sales order creation
• Coordinate with Sales persons and PPC
• Evaluate Enquiries - Technical, commercial
• Take freight approval, communicate with logistics and Monitor AR

• Graduation or Technical Diploma in any stream
• 3 to 5 years experience in customer support or sales admin or order processing
• System oriented earlier work experience
• Functional Knowledge Sales, Marketing and high-level aptitude and grasping on technology
• Working knowledge MS Office
• Candidate should posses very high level of interpersonal skills
• Good English Communication skills
