Role Summary: Outbound Supervisor Job Description The Outbound Supervisor manages the picking, packing, and dispatch processes, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of goods to customers or other facilities. They coordinate with the dispatch team to meet daily outbound targets. Key Responsibilities: Manpower handling & issue resolving capacity Oversee the order-picking, packing, and dispatch processes to meet shipment deadlines. Monitor and improve picking accuracy and dispatch efficiency. 2 Maintain outbound staging arcas, ensuring adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. 3 Ensure accurate documentation for shipments (invoice, packing list, dispatch records). Coordinate with transport partners for timely vehicle allocation and dispatch. 5 Resolve issues related to delayed shipments, order discrepancies, or damaged goods. 5 Train and supervise the outbound team, ensuring SOP compliance. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on outbound KPIs (on-time dispatch, accuracy rates). Ensure to maintain daily outbound pick-pack master data. Daily dispatch MIS report to be prepare & maintain Way bill information & generation knowledge required 1 Safety adherence and Kaizen implementation 2 Meet KPI 100% Maintain good working relationships, Co-ordination, discussion and communication. 5 Key Skills: 7 Knowledge of outbound logistics processes. 8 Familiarity with SAP/ERP/WMS for order tracking. 9 Problem-solving and customer service orientation.
