With over 28,200+ associates, it’s the largest software development center of Bosch, outside Germany, indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities:Facilitate Scrum events (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.• Coach the development team on Agile practices and principles, helping them to self-organize and improve their workflows.• Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.• Track and report on the team's progress to the Project Lead and Program Manager.• Facilitate continuous improvement within the team by identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes.Minimum Education & Experience:• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience.• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or a similar Scrum Master certification is required.Preferred Qualifications & Skills:• Experience working with CI/CD / DevOps and/or software development teams.• Broad experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).Sought After Soft Skills:• Excellent English communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.• Ability to build trust and establish positive working relationships within the team.• A passion for Agile methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.Additional Information3+ years of demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master in a software development setting.QualificationsB.EAdditional Information3-4 years of experience
