Position: Senior Counselor
Job Description / Responsibilities:
Provide personalized one-on-one counseling to students and families to identify academic and career goals and match them with suitable international programs and institutions.
Stay updated on information related to universities, programs, courses, scholarships, and admission requirements across various countries.
Guide students through the application process, visa formalities, and offer support to help them adjust to cultural differences.
Act as a mentor throughout the student’s educational journey abroad, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
Coordinate effectively with branches, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and support.
