The Opportunity

The Global Revenue Operations team at Adobe is responsible for driving revenue growth and scaling Adobe's Digital Media business, which includes flagship products such as Acrobat and Photoshop. In this role, you will be the "COO" (Chief Operating Officer) of our Global SMB segment and partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate business growth.


What you'll Do
  • Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to unlock revenue growth for SMB segment, including customer segmentation, targeting, salesforce capacity & productivity planning, opportunity sizing, sales incentive design, and new product launches (eg: Gen AI)
  • Revenue Operations: Support sales leadership in achieving quarterly financial and operational goals by analyzing performance trends and translating data into actionable insights
  • Analytics & Intelligence: Establish critical metrics, set performance targets, and build predictive models to forecast growth and enable data-driven decision-making
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, Analytics and Data Science teams to identify growth opportunities and improve customer experience
What you need to succeed
  • ~2 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, or business operations with a Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to distill and effectively communicate insights to senior leaders
  • Experience working across matrixed organizations to lead cross-functional initiatives and achieve common goals
  • Proficient in MS Office suite; familiarity with Analytical tools (eg: SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM (eg: Salesforce) is a plus
Desirable but not Crucial
  • Experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience working with high-performing sales teams
