Principal Responsibilities

• Developing Innovation-Driven L&D Strategy – emphasizes innovation, addressing the future needs of the workforce
• Incorporate cutting edge learning approaches, such as microlearning, gamification, social learning and AI driven solutions
• Lead digital transformation of the L&D function, and implementing personalized learning paths and real-time feedback
• Partnering with External Learning Innovations
• Customization & Personalization of Learning
• Developing Learning Strategy – aligning learning strategy to business goals and objectives; identify skill gaps and future workforce needs; design and implement learning programs
• Implementing Learning Analytics
• Evaluating ROI of innovation initiatives
