Projects delivered by the Strategy group include developing international growth strategies, assessing and planning new product and market entry, outlining business deep dives, evaluating strategic investments, improving operational efficiency and effectiveness, defining digital/technology strategy, formulating firm’s acquisitions/ divestitures strategy, enhancing cross business collaboration and identifying strategically significant industry themes/ trends.

As a Strategy Associate, you'll be involved in diverse projects, applying structured problem-solving techniques, and engaging with senior stakeholders. Your role will encompass market trend analysis, detailed analyses, insightful recommendations, and leading initiatives to address challenges identified by senior leaders. You'll also conduct competitor and industry research, develop presentations, and share insightful reports with the team and senior executives.
