We are proud to be recognized as "Great Place to Work" for the fourth consecutive year.Primary Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis:Reporting and forecastingPreparation and presentation of monthly financial & operational MIS and management reporting deckMaintaining and creating Power BI Dashboards to provide insightful analysisPreparation of annual operating plan and quarterly board presentationsBusiness Finance partnershipProvide strong finance partnership across cross functional projectsOther strategic business planning projectsFund Raising & Investor Relations:Maintaining and growing on-going investor and corporate outreachParticipate in conversations with investment banks, intermediaries & fundsSupport fund raising projects, including building materials (financial models, presentations, analysis, etc.), responding to investor queries, working with bankers and other consultantsPerform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuationRequired Skills/Experience:Post-MBA experience of 0-2 years of Financial Planning & Analysis and business strategy or other relevant experienceFinance, Strategy, Economics, or Statistics are preferred major fields.Quantitative and financial analysis competencyManagement reporting and dashboardingProgram managementPreferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Background:Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skillsMust have:Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Power BIStrong understanding of financial statements and financial modelsGood to have:Understanding of SQL, ERP & CRM applications
