Key Responsibilities:
Develop Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture strategic alliance partner relationships between Katalon and System Integrators (SIs) throughout the EU region. This includes understanding the unique business challenges and opportunities of each partner to create mutually beneficial strategies.
Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales team to manage active opportunities, thoroughly map accounts, and ensure clear and compelling communication of Katalon’s and SI's capabilities and platforms.
Strategic Sales Outreach and GTM Initiatives: Plan and execute strategic monthly and quarterly sales outreach initiatives. Lead the facilitation of joint campaigns and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives while analysing and reporting on the key performance indicators (KPIs) and opportunities within the EU region.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with Katalon’s Revenue and Marketing teams to drive lead and demand generation. Engage in proactive opportunity management and forecasting to align with regional strategic goals.
Work collaboratively with Katalon’s Legal, Finance, and other Operations teams to support the development and execution of strategic partner business and marketing plans for Katalon’s testing solutions and platforms in the EU region.
Subject Matter Expertise: Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on the Katalon platform, serving as a strategic advisor and go-to resource for SI partner teams. This position is vital for strategically expanding Katalon's reach and driving growth through high-impact alliances in the EU region.
Event Strategy and Execution: Assist the Partnership operations team with the strategic planning and execution of partner-related events such as conferences, webinars, newsletters, and tech events in the EU region.
