Product Operations is responsible for the development and commercialization of an offering portfolio by improvingexecutionandgovernanceofstrategyandprocess.TheProductOperationsteamworkscloselywith Offering Managers and cross-functional departments, such as engineering/R&D, manufacturing/sourcing or software development, internal sales and field sales, marketing, as well as Honeywell senior executives to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the organization’s product portfolio today and in the future.
The Product Operations Specialist supports the Product Operations Leader in successfully managing the processgovernanceandcomplianceforNewProductDevelopment,PortfolioManagement,andProduct Data Management. This role reports to Manager of Product Operations and is based in Bangalore, India.
·As Specialist of Product Operations, you will implement and drive the overall Honeywell NPD GDM, which will enable standardized and digitized processes within our business models to accelerate OrganicGrowth(Including:Accolade,NPIFinancialReporting,NPINewDiscoveryWorkshops,VoC, Business Peer Reviews, PAC meetings (including E4E projects), EPAC meetings, RCCA analysis, Launch and Post-Launch Excellence)

·Monitorcompetitoractivities,includingproductlaunches,pricingstrategies,andmarketingcampaigns and analyze its implications for Hon Biz.
·TrackanddriveKPIs,translatecorporategoalsandactivitiestoSBUspecificguidelinesand communication to corporate activities that occur in EPAC and other SBU specific groups
·Performandtrackmonthlytrainingsessionsanddetermineifthereanyspecifictrainingneedsor deviations in standard material required for SBU success.
