Job Description As a Staffing Manager, you will ultimately hold the keys to ensure the successful staffing of Rightpointers across our growing organization. You will partner closely with our national practice leaders and local office leadership to ensure we are staffing our teams for success across a variety of digital projects. The ultimate goal of this role is to assemble the best teams, balancing our project and client’s needs along with our team member’s career passions. Responsibilities include:
Manages project staffing decisions for a delivery teams in India
Works with leadership to communicate project assignments
Keep up-to-date with sales pipeline and pending opportunity closings, to manage upcoming demand
Communicate upcoming staffing needs to recruiting team when internal resources aren’t available
Works with leadership to evaluate Rightpointer’s skillsets and level of expertise, ensuring we are staffing for success given project’s requirements
Leverage Power BI reports to perform Analytics of practice team members to drive conversations around Utilization.
Train employees on staffing systems
Manage Rightpointer’s utilization by monitoring staffing gaps and project allocation using Power BI Reports and other tools.
Lead staffing meetings with Practice & Sales leadership to communicate staffing issues and potential solutions
Ensure collaboration across all Practices
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years’ experience in Resource Management
Strong communication skills and problem solving
Ability to multi-task, adapt quickly to changing demand, detail oriented and a strong work ethic.
Team player
Preferred Requirements
At least 3 years’ experience in a consulting environment with rapidly changing project needs
Comfortable with using Power BI Reports
Knowledge and experience with PSA (Professional Services Automation) tools (OpenAir)
