We are currently seeking a dynamic Staff Software Development Engineer to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

You would act as a Staff Software Development Engineer to help improve and expand our product capabilities. As a member of the team, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing the core services and defining the architecture of the system. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully contribute to the team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, passion for technology, extensive development experience, and will be able to learn quickly.

As a Staff Software Development Engineer, you will:

• Developing enterprise-grade backend components to enhance performance a receptiveness, server-side logic, and platform 
• Good understanding of using which technology and where with justified study backing the decision 
• Triage, debug, and ensure the timely resolution of software defects 
• Participate in functional spec, design, and code reviews. 
•  Follow standard practices to develop and maintain application code 
• Take an active role in reducing the technical debt in our various codebases 
• Develop high quality, secure, scalable software solutions based on technical requirements specifications and design artefacts within expected time and budget

We Are Looking For:

• 8-12 years of experience in Software Engineering. 
• High-level expertise in Python programming and frameworks (Flask/FastAPI). 
•  Excellent knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.), MongoDB, Queueing systems, and ES Stack is required. 
•  Experience in building REST API-based microservices is required. 
• Stronghold of data structures and multi-threading/multi-processing programming
•  Experienced in building high-performing, distributed, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. 
•  Experience with AWS services (ECS, ELB, Lambda, SQS, VPC, EC2, IAM, S3, etc.), Docker, and Kubernetes expertise is preferred. 
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are required. 
• Ability to communicate and discuss technical topics with both technical and business audiences.  
• Self-motivated with the ability to accomplish tasks with minimal direction. 
• Experience with cyber security engineering is good to have.
