Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Staff Inbound Product Manager to join our Platform Analytics team. This is a high-impact senior role responsible for shaping the future of analytics across the ServiceNow platform. As a Staff PM on the team, you will contribute to defining the strategic direction and roadmap for Platform Analytics, empowering customers to monitor KPIs, gain actionable insights, and drive business outcomes at scale. 


You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, field teams, and customers to deliver advanced, scalable, and intuitive analytics capabilities. This role requires deep product thinking, technical fluency, and a customer-obsessed mindset.

  • Partner with engineering and UX teams to deliver high-impact features with world-class user experience 


  • Define product success metrics and analyze usage data to continuously improve product offerings 


  • Collaborate with GTM teams including sales, marketing, customer success, and enablement to ensure successful launches and product adoption 


  • Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert on analytics, regularly engaging with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders 



Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:


  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in delivering enterprise analytics, business intelligence, or platform data products. 


  • Deep understanding of analytics concepts including KPIs, ETL, Data Collection, forecasting, predictive/proactive insights and data visualization 


  • Proven ability to drive product strategy and execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment 


  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement 


  • Experience working with modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) or analytics platforms  


  • Strong technical acumen – able to understand architecture tradeoffs, data infrastructure, and platform capabilities 


  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. 


  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and attention to detail
