2. One year of relevant experience
3. Okta experience (Basics)
4. Active Directory experience (Fundamentals with hands-on experience)
5. O365 Admin Console experience (Fundamentals with hands-on experience)
6. Knowledge of PowerShell scripts (Fundamentals with hands-on experience)
7. IT Ticketing tool experience
8. Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills (Non-voice process)
9. Advanced Customer Service & Interpersonal Skills to work & serve multicultural clients & customers
