Our Product team is the driving force behind innovation, new product ideation, and the delivery of complex data insights worldwide. We're seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Marketing Mix Business team and lead our data architecture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage end-to-end data architecture solutions, leveraging platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or other major data management software providers
Drive the development of data-driven products and features, interfacing directly with stakeholders to envision how data can enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Lead cross-functional teams using agile methodologies to deliver high-quality data products
Define and manage product roadmaps, aligning initiatives with business needs and overall vision
Establish product success criteria and KPIs, monitoring progress and driving transparency into business outcomes
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and drive solutions through brainstorming sessions and mockups
Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and oversee execution from conception to deployment
Provide technical leadership in data lifecycle management, including data loading, transformation, and pipeline orchestration
Advocate for data products through regular demos, training, and communication with users
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Technical Product Management with a strong focus on data architecture and big data technologies
Proven expertise in working with data warehouse, data lake, and data lakehouse architectures
Hands-on experience with platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or similar data management solutions
Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data visualization techniques
Proficiency in SQL and data exploration, with the ability to design charts and dashboards
Experience in managing and prioritizing complex product backlogs using tools like Jira
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into manageable solutions
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence decision-making through data storytelling
Agile project management experience, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and scrum master responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Marketing Mix Modeling or related analytics
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and methodologies
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in a data-centric role
