● Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to architectural guidelines.
● Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
● Lifecycle Contribution: Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment.
Required Qualifications
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in ASP.NET Core / MVC development.
● Technical Proficiency: Strong command of C# and .NET Core, with a solid understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.
● Front-End Skills: Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
● Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, or NoSQL databases.
● Web Services: Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP APIs.
● Methodologies: Understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.
