As a Product Manager on the ServiceNow Workplace Delivery team, you'll be at the helm of shaping innovative solutions that redefine how organizations manage and optimize their workspaces. You'll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and customer success teams to define the product vision, prioritize features, and drive the roadmap from concept to launch. By engaging with customers and analyzing market trends, you'll ensure our solutions not only meet but exceed user needs, setting new standards for workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction. Product Strategy 


  • Define and shape the vision for ServiceNow Workplace Delivery, aligning it with customer needs and market trends. 


  • Develop and own a forward-looking product roadmap that drives innovation and business growth. 


  • Analyze market dynamics, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for differentiation. 


  • Collaborate with leadership to align product goals with the company’s strategic priorities. 


  • Champion a data-driven approach, using analytics and customer insights to inform decision-making and prioritize impactful features. 


Product & Release Planning 


  • Partner with design and engineering teams to transform ideas into scalable, user-friendly solutions. 


  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of product releases, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. 


  • Define and track success metrics, using them to iterate and improve the product continuously. 


  • Balance feature innovation with technical feasibility and resource constraints to maximize impact. 


  • Drive cross-functional alignment and communication to ensure smooth product launches and adoption. 


Customer & Industry Engagement 


  • Act as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding their pain points, needs, and feedback. 


  • Engage with customers through interviews, workshops, and beta programs to validate concepts and refine solutions. 


  • Build strong relationships with industry thought leaders and stakeholders to stay ahead of workplace trends. 


  • Represent ServiceNow Workplace Delivery at industry events and conferences, showcasing our commitment to innovation. 


  • Use customer insights and market feedback to inform product improvements and uncover new opportunities.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have: 


Must-Have Qualifications 


  • Proven experience as a product manager, successfully delivering software products from concept to launch. 


  • Strong skills in defining product requirements, creating roadmaps, and prioritizing features based on customer and business needs. 


  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams in an Agile development environment. 


  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. 


  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with experience presenting ideas and strategies to stakeholders. 


  • A passion for solving complex problems and delivering intuitive, impactful solutions. 


Nice-to-Have Qualifications 


  • Experience with workplace domain areas, such as facility management, real estate, or workplace strategy. 


  • Familiarity with workplace-related software, including space planning, resource booking, or hybrid work solutions. 


  • Knowledge of ServiceNow's platform and its capabilities, especially Workplace Service Delivery. 


  • Expertise in user research methodologies and translating customer insights into product features. 


  • Background in emerging technologies relevant to workplace transformation, such as IoT, AI, or workplace analytics. 


  • Prior experience working with global, enterprise-level customers and understanding their unique challenges and needs.
