What are we looking for: You are innovative, resourceful, flexible and self-directed. You have experience in building high throughput and scalable applications. You gain the respect of software engineers, software test engineers and product managers quickly and you’re able to excite customers, internal stakeholders and your team about vision of product and roadmap. You also like to roll up your sleeves and get hands on when necessary. Our ideal candidate prioritizes well, communicates clearly and compellingly, understands how to drive a high level of focus and excellence with a strong team and has a demonstrable track record of success building teams and delivering new features or products.
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
