·Ensure optimum utilization of available resources, perform all assigned tasks.
·Ensure on time completion of all service to the customer/company.
·Support fleet in charges to project / pre-order of parts.
·Support in critical trouble shooting, diagnostic, testing, repairing of the equipment.
·Maintain clean work area, take care of workplace, ensure safe work practice.
·Maintain proper job documentation (such as service report) related to breakdown, parts consumption.
·Ensure quality of all the records maintained are eligible or in compliances with established procedures.
·Maintain All the Record for Machine on daily basis.
·Make sure all repair jobs completed with the cause of failures identified and match to the solution necessary to affect a repair job & also to make record of it.
·Address to customer to resolve operational issues which adversely impact to equipment performance and are causing machine failure.
·Return all warranty / failed / replaced parts to your immediate superior as per the company guidelines.
·Adhere to professional manners, maintain courtesy with all stakeholders.
·Follow all HSQE policies and procedures, report all accidents to the manager.
·Perform other duties assigned by area/site manager.
·Fulfil asset optimization guidelines as given by customer.
·Ensure proper / timely technical support to service engineer.
·Ensure service engineer follows SOP of machine service and maintenance.
·Monitor equipment availability through DSR & monthly reports.
·Should analyze warranty replacement (Tech – comm.) before claim submission.
·Lead the equipment commissioning & plan further action (such as parts, training)
·Ensure that service dept. processes are established concerning all service work & improve operational quality, operating efficiency of the service department.
·Increase the customer satisfaction level.
·Monitor spare parts stock and plan for necessary action.
