We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Salesforce Developer to join our Digital Experiences and Architecture group alongside talented Salesforce developers, architects and QA engineers. As the Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer, you are a key member of the Customer Support IT Engineering scrum team working on the delivery portfolio alongside a team of talented Salesforce developers.
You will collaborate with engineering managers, product owners, development and architecture teams to produce technical design, build Salesforce solutions that add value to our products. You will ensure that business outcomes are understood and related user stories, and features are built following the industry best practices, document technical details and ensure they are delivered with quality.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Web Runtime (LWR), Apex, and Flows.
Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, Business Systems Analysts, and development scrum teams to understand the feature requirements, and provide innovative Salesforce solutions.
Design and implement out-of-the-box and/or custom functionalities on the Salesforce platform, and data integration with Salesforce applications and other enterprise systems using Salesforce.com API framework, and 3rd party APIs.
Work with extended IT Architects, engineers to plan, design, implement and deploy business solutions adhering to the best practices within sprint delivery cycles.
Collaborate with peers and contribute during code reviews and ensure adherence to software development standards
Troubleshoot and fix bugs in Salesforce applications.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features.
Provide technical documentation and training to end-users.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from an accredited college or university.
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components
Deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud functionality, platform capabilities.
Proficient in APEX, SQL/SOQL, LWC, LWR (preferred),, Flows, Visualforce, XML/JSON, Javascript, SOAP and REST techniques
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and API.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Experience in Agile Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
Experience working in a DevOps setting using latest DevOps tools such as Jekins, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, SonarQube and Dynatrace.
