Amazon Pay is looking for self started Sr.Salesforce Developer to join the team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving abilities. They will deal with highly ambiguous problems, taking responsibility for finding solutions, and will drive towards simple solutions to complex problems.
Key job responsibilities
• Develop Solutions: Configure and code new and existing Salesforce features, including managing users, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, flows, and integrating with third-party applications.
• Design Solutions: Serve as a strategic technical advisor, offering recommendations to promote and accelerate Salesforce adoption across internal teams.
• Multi-Platform Solutions: Develop Salesforce solutions using Force.com, APEX, Lightning Web Components, Web Services, and APIs.
• Integration Management: Support integrations between Salesforce, backend systems, native Salesforce ecosystem tools, and AWS technologies.
• Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet business requirements, enhance user experience, and create measurable business value.
• Requirements Gathering: Assist in analyzing and planning system enhancements by translating business requirements into well-designed solutions optimized for the Salesforce platform and products.
• Process Improvement: Identify innovative opportunities to leverage Salesforce for improving business processes, supporting rapid organizational growth, and advising when to use configuration, custom code, or out-of-the-box solutions.
• Governance: Oversee Salesforce support requests and resolve escalated user issues with prompt and complete solutions for technical and business challenges.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure alignment with company policies and industry regulations while implementing measures to monitor and improve system oversight continuously.

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
- 5+ years of systems design, software development, operations, automation, and process improvement experience
- Experience leading the design, build and deployment of complex and performant (reliable and scalable) software solutions in production.
- 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
- 3+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
