Job Title: Senior Sales Supervisor for GFSS Business


Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Supervisor to manage the sale of our company's Gas based fire suppression Systems on a national basis. This role involves maintaining relationships and expanding offerings with existing accounts, finding, generating, and developing new accounts/channel partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our GFSS products and services. The successful candidate will provide both management and technical leadership, lead the strategic development of the sales function, and address business requirements and goals. Additionally, this role includes selecting, developing, and evaluating staff to ensure the efficient operation of the function.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the sale of the company's GFSS products or services on a national basis.
  • Maintain relationships and expand offerings with existing accounts.
  • Find, generate, and develop new accounts/channel partners.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with company GFSS products and services.
  • Provide both management and technical leadership.
  • Lead the strategic development of the sales function, addressing business requirements and goals.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
  • Lead the GFSS Specialist team with a focus on retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers.
  • Deliver robust double-digit CAGR growth over five years, with significant profit improvement for premium offerings through strategic market positioning and operational excellence.
  • Lead a dynamic team and foster collaboration across Sales, Product Management, and Marketing along with other functions to drive significant organizational initiatives and growth.
  • Cultivate premium channel partnerships, enhancing business profitability and synergy across the country.
  • Implement Sales force effectiveness tools and strategies, boosting seller capacity and productivity.
  • Advocate for Say/Do commitment, leading to the top brand establishment of GFSS Brand in the market with a major share of demand and significant security growth in Key Accounts.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a large budget and drive business growth.
  • Technical knowledge related to the company's GFSS products and services.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in managing channel partners and Datacenter / Industrial customers
  • Background in key account management.
