Sr. Sailpoint Business Analyst (UAM & IAM)

Overall Summary:We are seeking an experienced Sailpoint Business Analyst with a strong background in User Access Management (UAM) projects and a deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts. The ideal candidate will possess strong infrastructure knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

• Participate in requirement analysis and design phases for SailPoint implementations.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to gather needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Provide Level 3 support for SailPoint applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Conduct infrastructure reviews and compile details for internal and external audits.
• Perform unit testing during the development phase to ensure quality and compliance.
• Integrate SailPoint with various systems, including JDBC, Active Directory, Exchange, SAP, and ERP.
• Define rules, access controls, entitlements, user policies, certifications, provisioning workflows, custom bean shell scripts, and policies.

• Strong understanding of IAM concepts and User Access Management lifecycle.
• Proficient in SailPoint IdentityIQ or other Identity Management tools.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as PowerBI, is highly desirable.

Must Have:

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in IAM, specifically with UAM projects.
• Strong infrastructure knowledge and experience with system integrations.
• Proficiency in defining rules, access controls, and managing user policies.
• Effective project management and process skills.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to peers and supervisors.

Good to Have:

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like PowerBI.
• Ability to understand complex requirements and work collaboratively with diverse teams.

• 10 to 15 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, focusing on SailPoint and IAM projects.

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Analyze and design solutions that meet business needs using SailPoint.
• Support the development team during implementation and provide guidance on best practices.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in IAM or SailPoint are a plus.

• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of initiative.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing deadlines.
• Independence of mind with the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across geographies and domains.
