Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct full life cycle recruitment searches, from understanding the role to presenting recommendations on the best candidates to the hiring team and completing the offer process.
- Detailed knowledge of Clinical Research Operations (CRO) industry with a proven ability to assess candidates' fit within the industry.
- Be a Talent advisor.
- Remain abreast of industry trends.
- Strong level of skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of data.
- Develop effective working relationships with the Business, HR Business Partners, and Centre of Excellence, building positive relationships to establish credibility for the TA function.
- Advise, partner, and influence key leaders by understanding trends, business needs, and talent required to deliver solutions that result in positive business outcomes.
- Build and implement innovative ideas for enhancing processes and deliver outcomes passionate about continuous improvement.
Education:
Equivalent experience in relevant business field is acceptable in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience Required:
- 5 or more years of in-house recruitment experience supporting diverse business needs in the CRO industry.
- Prior experience working cross-functionally to support large, high volume, and complex hiring needs catering to internal and external demands.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven ability to apply comprehensive knowledge, rational thought process, judgment, and a corporate perspective when focusing staffing and selection strategies on business issues.
- Build strong talent pipelines by developing programs for proactive sourcing of qualified applicants and using employer branding across social media and recruitment channels.
- Experienced in working with metrics, dashboarding, and delivering compelling recruitment insights to the business using data and analytics.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well across all levels.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize needs and operational plans and responsibilities.
