Sr Quality Engineer
As a Sr Quality Engineer here at
Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and
reliability of our products and processes. You will be responsible for
developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting audits and
inspections, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. Your
expertise in quality management systems and your attention to detail will
contribute to the overall success of our organization. You will report directly
to our Quality Manager and you'll work out of our City, State location on a
hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability
of our products and processes, ensuring that they meet or exceed customer
expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive
continuous improvement and implement best practices in quality management. At

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement quality
control procedures and processes
• Conduct audits and inspections
to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Analyze data and identify areas
for improvement in product quality and process efficiency
• Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality management
• Provide technical guidance and
support to resolve quality issues
Job Requirements:
Manage the RMA process and ensure
TAT as per requirements
Good knowledge of Jira, Tableau,
and Ecats, and am Six Sigma certified.
Expertise includes quality
engineering statistical analysis, quality improvements, and strategic planning
Knowledge of quality standards
such as ISO 9001, QS 9000/TS 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and comes with audit
exposure are preferred
Computer literacy is essential, one
must be conversant with the use of Minitab and is familiar with Statistical
Process Control (SPC) and SAP transactions
Familiar with quality management
tools such as APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, Six sigma and Problem Analysis Tools ( A3 ,
8D , why , etc. )
Proven abilities in the management
of multi-disciplinary teams are also key requirements for this position
Good inter-personal skills in
managing the internal team and dealing with the overseas quality team
Proactive and high speed in
following up, executing, and resolving key customer feedback issues
Responsible for managing product
quality issues and handling RMAs, SAP QN transactions, providing timely
technical responses to customer queries, conducting root cause analysis (RCA)
and RPS, and inventing product improvement solutions in collaboration with
engineering. Additionally, will coordinate with customers for the Factory
Acceptance Test (FAT) as per customer requests and handle non-technical
customer complaints and queries. Moreover, the role includes driving 3rd party
service centers for security camera post-sale
