He/She troubleshoots project issues to maintain schedules utilizing established processes and procedures and makes recommendations for preventing recurrences. He/She oversees technical and business solutions with business stakeholders, identifies areas for process improvement and manages requirements gathering process.The Sr. Project Coordination Analyst identifies and tracks project issues along with risk mitigation. He/She plans, schedules, and monitors schedule and activities to gain consensus on final technical solution that meets client's requirements, ensures quality standards are used to comply with established healthcare compliance guidelines. This position interacts with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate activities to ensure projects and programs meet established deadlines. Responsibilities:Manages Programs and projects Manages system analysis and design.Manages design and development of applications.Manages creation of application documentation.Guides system integration.Manages applications' maintenance and support.Primary Skills:7+ years of providing strategic business analysis and implementation services to business partners for mid-size to large projects – focused around Healthcare distribution systems.Experience with legacy inventory systems – GWS, SAP, Softeon and other HC applications.The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer’s business, processes and services.Document the IT solutions assumptions and provide IT cost through to handover to the IT implementations build teams.Experience with Requirements Elicitation, Management and Prioritization, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Stakeholder management.Agile/SAFe(process, ceremonies) Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field – Preferred7+ years of overall technology experience with at least 5 years as Project Manager.
