Roles &
Responsibilities:
He/She will be responsible to create a culture of accountability and support the “One Team” model and leverage leadership and cross functional teams to drive standardization, improve productivity and lower costs.
He/She will have top-to-bottom accountability for execution planning, design implementations, Customer & vendor management, Cost control and team management of HAB projects in India.
He/She shall be responsible
for Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers to implement those decisions.
Coordinating with clients, stakeholders and project managers.
Create/Follow project Specific MOS with client for smooth project execution.
Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships.
Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion.
Managing project and construction managers and enabling them to supervise and manage their teams.
Controlling & Updating Risk & Opportunities.
Preparations of project reviews, EACs, costing, reports and schedules.
Managing and aligning different support functions (Engineering, Commercial, Financial, Supply Chain, Contracts, Legal, QS) towards different program/project requirements.
Generate reports based on defined practices and tools for senior leadership.
Controlling and Managing communication with Client & Subcontractors.
To drive Zero Deviation strategies, financial performance, and Project execution efficiency
To ensure proper project documentation.
Developing Subcontractors as part of growth initiatives in the region.
Support Sales, Bidding and Estimation teams.
He/She will work in close partnership with the HAB R&D team & HAB Engineering team in the definition of project requirements and ensure compliances as per ICAO, FAA, EASA, IEC as per the requirements.
