We are looking for talented Sr Program Manager for IN Marketplace to lead as a single threaded leader to manage internal/external engagements. You will be responsible to build mechanisms to prioritize Seller experience, surface Trustbusters and drive solutions by building collaborative relationships with various business, product, program and operations teams.

Key job responsibilities
As a Sr Program Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders to drive strategic operational initiatives that will have positive impact on our Sellers. You will define strategy and provide key inputs to product and partner teams, review performance on key KPIs, facilitate programmatic input and ensure accountability for strategic and tactical initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Drive connects across key partner team leaders and program owners to identify synergies and creating best practice sharing
* Create mechanisms to surface Seller voices, conceptualize program changes, and coordinate a large group of stakeholders to drive impactful project to completion
* Gain support for your strategy from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership
* Identify and analyze data on frequent basis to isolate issues, drive improvements, and prioritize competing program opportunities
* Set up performance mechanisms, track performance, and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives
* Communicating performance, articulating root-cause analysis and linking to specific improvement areas
* Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
* Drive adoption of internal mechanism and seller-facing tools that drive long-term benefit
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Bengaluru, KA, IND
- Master's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions
- Excellent structuring and writing skills
- MBA from top tier universities
- Passionate about people and customers; you believe that a service can only be as good as its customers believe it to be
- Data driven with the proficiency to make the right decisions in a complex fast changing environment
- Experience in dealing with ambiguity and independently determining the charter of the area assigned
- Experience in a results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions. Strong analytical, mediation and problem resolution skills.
- Experience with e-commerce, retail or process operations would be an advantage
- Exposure to data reporting tools like SQL
