RBS Selling Partner Engagement and Growth (SPEG) team is looking for a Sr Program Manager to drive its Automaton program. At RBS we are a 3000+ people organization with majority of our workforce involved in non-high human judgement tasks. Our NorthStar is to eliminate 100% knowledge-based tasks and have our associates focus only on strategic work. In This role you will be expected to conduct detailed analysis on tasks performed and business KPIs owned by multiple business units and come up with automation solves for the same. The incumbent will work with internal RBS tech (engineering and data sciences) to design the solution and launch internal user and selling partner facing tools. The incumbent will also be responsible for driving tool adoption through user awareness, trainings, scale solutions across multiple geographies. Key success factors for this role will be to drive automations which would eventually drive head count savings and productivity gains for business teams.
Candidate Profile:
Candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Program management, E-commerce, Category Management or Retail Business. You will have the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and drive project execution. You will be expected to deliver solutions and programs that are technology based, highly scalable - while maintaining a good customer and business partner focus. You will have a demonstrated record of leading projects not only at the strategic level, but also tactically by diving deeply into business and technical domains. The individual would be responsible for product solutioning and defining user experience. The individual would have targets on automations delivered, UX measures and tool adoption. You will engage with the tech team, data sciences team and business stakeholders WW for these tech implementations. The individual would lead recurring business reviews for the org with Senior leadership across Retail and RBS.

The Retail Business Systems (RBS) group is an integral part of Amazon online product lifecycle and buying operations. RBS’ vision is to accelerate Amazon’s flywheel by fixing catalog defects and scale critical store operations function by standardization, automation and defect elimination through its selection, defect elimination, product, tech and paid selling partner support operations pillars. The tasks handled by this group have a direct impact on Retail Cost to serve, customer buying decisions and vendor experience.
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field
