Key job responsibilities
As Senior Product Manager for Amazon Pay Gift Cards (IN), you would be responsible for leading product roadmap, long term vision and strategy for India Gift Cards. You will be owning the end-to-end CX and entire array of product capabilities required to support and accelerate growth of multiple customer facing Gift Cards issuance channels.
Key responsibilities include -
• Devise long term product strategy and road map for India Gift Cards business to achieve north star customer experience and key business deliverables.
• Develop product and solution requirements, working backwards from the customer with an understanding of the end-to-end customer experience
• Leverage customer and sales feedback loops to synthesize feedback and build the business case for new product features and launches
• Project management, including creating business justifications and functional requirements for product features and services.
• Own executive reviews – Present business and product vision, progress, and dependencies to executive stakeholders in multiple teams. Also contribute to broader team and organizational planning documents, including owning and driving them for your area of the business and product.
• Create and drive business strategy – Define how we measure success. Own reporting on KPIs, recommendations that use data to optimize them, and execution of those optimizations.
• Lead the product go-to-market process, user testing, defining and managing program metrics.
A day in the life
In this role, this is what a usual day at office will look like:
a. Identifying new product opportunities within Amazon ecosystem to drive adoption of APay Gift Cards. Bring clarity to ambiguous areas by authoring PRFAQs and leading reviews with senior leadership to drive necessary alignments.
b. Closely partnering with diverse and cross functional teams at World Wide (WW) and International Emerging Countries- Tech, Category, UX, Legal, Operations, Accounting, Sales and Marketing. Understanding customer pain points and translate them into effective and robust product roadmap.
c. Aligning and influencing External large partners and their leadership team on common priorities and vision of IN Gift Cards team to unblock required partner support
d. Delivering results by working cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business impact

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
