Our team of product managers come from diverse disciplines and they drive innovation, new product ideation, experimental design and testing, complex analysis and delivery of data insights around the world. We support all International Media clients and are located where our clients are. We are looking for a skilled professional to join the Product team for our Marketing Mix Business. In this role, you will work with the Pillar Lead for Applications and drive research, analysis, design, development, release and maintenance of Marketing Mix`s modern suite of Applications.
Responsibilities
You will be a full-spectrum applications product manager that will contribute to the planning, research, analysis, design, development, release, and maintenance of application-based products and features
You will be part of the applications team and interface directly with consumers of the application products and services to envision how applications can make processes more efficient and people more effective
You will work closely with applications engineers and other engineering teams using agile methodologies
You will define, organize and manage epics/stories from inception to deployment
You will coordinate roadmap objectives and initiatives that align with business needs and vision
You will define product success criteria and KPIs, support execution across
multiple product teams, guide, monitor success and drive transparency into
business outcomes and progress related to the overall product strategy
Manage the strategy, and execution of major initiatives for the applications
product
Discuss with business users, write requirements, drive solutioning with
engineering through brainstorm sessions and mockups
Build and prioritize the backlog for your team from epics to stories using Jira
Manage the execution of your backlog, collaborating with our Business teams,
Design, Engineering, and QA
Write functional documentation of the platform
Hold agile rituals with the team including backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions
Advocate for your product area by providing regular demos of new features and creating relevant marketing/training communications for users
Contribute to Scrum facilitation: sprint burndowns, project scoping, prioritization, contribute to daily standup and ceremony facilitation
Drive product launch and roll-out plans
Qualifications
5+ years in Technical Product Management with a focus on Applications
2+ years of focus on SaaS platforms, data analytics, or reporting tools
1+ year of Agile / Scrum experience is an advantage
1+ year of Marketing Mix experience is an advantage
Strong technical acumen and familiarity with the Applications Life cycle is crucial to your success in this role
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products
Strong understanding of data visualization, dashboard design principles, and data-driven decision making processes
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse and geographically dispersed teams
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives from concept to completion
Experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, DOMO)
Knowledge of user experience design principles and best practices
