You’ll make an impact by:


  • Responsible for Deal Desk related support activities for Mendix – U.K.
  • Validation of offers, terms, costs, customer PO’s, TSA comments and renewal conditions.
  • Sales governance process to be followed.
  • Apply pricing/discount principles as per Mendix guidelines.
  • Updating of Mendix Zoura - Salesforce (CRM) Instance.
  • Updating details to stakeholders periodically.
  • Operation timing: CET standard business hours. (except Holidays &/ PTOs which have to be mutually agreed).
  • Language – Neutral Accent English.

You’ll win us over by:


  • BE / BCA/ or equivalent with good hands-on experience in the field of Deal Desk Opportunity Closure.
  • Excellent command over written and spoken English.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce, Renewal Deals, Salesforce CPQ , Techno Commercial T&C.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office tools (emails, excel & power point), other sales related tools/applications …etc.
  • Willing to work & deliberate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Manage time effectively and adhere to quick turnaround times, deadlines, KPIs.
  • Good team player, quick learner, flexible to work based on deadline-based task.
