You’ll make a difference by:
·Responsible for end-to-end employee data management
·Sort and prioritize daily requests to process and deliver within the SLA
·Participates and contributes to the successful implementation of all Carve-in and carve-out projects
Your success is grounded in
·4years to 6 years’ Experience in EDM
·Experience in different products of employee data management
·Experience in performing employee related tastings in different testing environments
·Knowledge in Workday would be an added advantage
·Experience in internal audits / Quality process
·Knowledge of handling customer escalations and CAPA
·Knowledge in Excel & PPT
