We are looking for a dynamic and individual contributor for payroll management for India business. Having a greater knowledge in terms of payroll process and compliance could help in serving better to all the departments. 


What you’ll do:  


  • Working on end-to-end payroll activities. 
  • Coordinate and manage the monthly compliance filing. 
  • Thoroughly manage the PT, ESIC, LWF and TDS calculation and filing. 
  • Collection and verification of investment proofs. 
  • Attending tax queries of employees. 
  • Verification and Managing of Employee health insurance activities. 
  • Manage the visit to the local govt offices when required. 
  • Manage client/internal compliance audit. 
  • Manage the Quarterly/Half yearly/Yealry TDS returns. 
  • Manage the employee full and final settlements. 
  • Tracking and manage the salary advances, overdue and recoveries 

Who you are:  


  • 10+ years of experience in payroll management. 
  • Having good communication and excel knowledge. 
  • Having a strong knowledge on Indian Income tax. 
  • Thorough Knowledge on local state laws. 
  • Knowledge of compliance audit. 

What you bring:   


  • 10 years’ experience of payroll management. 
  • A commerce graduate. 
  • GreytHR tool knowledge. 
  • IT/Staffing industry background. 
  • A punctual, diligent and a team player.
