Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead our talent acquisition efforts in India. This role will oversee a team of approximately 8 talent acquisition professionals and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract top-tier talent across various functions within the organization, with a heavy focus on engineering talent.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and business needs.
  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and recruitment plans.
  • Partner with Recruiters and Recruiting Managers in other geographies and countries to create synergy in hiring for similar job families and titles across locations. Engage with these colleagues to provide a single front to the client organizations.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing methods and tools, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events in alignment with our global approach for talent acquisition. Engage with other HR partner teams (HRIS, data, operations) to explore and design these solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes related to recruitment and employment.
  • Engage within the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, partnering to create or align to globally practices and tools, sharing relevant information with peers to create best practice sharing, and being seen as a global leader vs. a leader for only India.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Strong understanding of the technology industry and its talent landscape.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
