Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for Global Reporting data acquisition, data management and data strategy, ensure Complete, Current, Correct data at all times.
• Responsible to manage Global reporting team , across multiple geos
• Design and own the data strategy
• Prioritize and govern data projects
• Owns the data and integration requirements methodology
• Lead innovation of value-add data related processes and programs
• Manage sub-teams responsible for integration, acquisition, and structure
• Collaboration with other Global Reporting functions and IT for governance, requirements, development and quality

Essential Skills: 

• 8+yrs. of experience in the Business Intelligence & Insights role
• Strong academic background
• Strong familiarity with Call Center operations, metrics and reporting
• Experience with data requirements and data warehouse integration
• Experience leading global teams
• Transition and project leadership skills
• Solution mind-set. Ability to think analytically and logically
• Good Knowledge of Data base tools
• Experience / Knowledge of Business Intelligence , Power BI , Tableau etc.
• DOMO certified (Highly preferred)
