As a Sr. Leadership Dev Bus Partner, you partner with senior L&Ds and Advertising Trust (AT) teams to understand business challenges, performance needs, and skills gaps to design straightforward learning solutions (modules). These are based on data (e.g., Connections, Employee Experience Survey, Forte, FGDs, etc.) and drive desired behavioral changes. These may be part of a larger, defined curriculum where the learning problem and strategy is defined but the solution approach may not be. You deliver solutions that are efficient, compliant, understandable, secure, maintainable, and with high RoI. You are able to use industry-standard L&D practices, programs and techniques, with clear output metrics. You manage large interconnected learning initiatives that span organizations or geographies in support of a significant business objective or goal. You recommend learning strategies when they are not well defined, and use your expertise to manage needs assessments for the different AT Teams.
Roles & Responsibilities –
• Create and deliver an L&D roadmap for the business that helps the business scale and grow.
• Influence L&D outcomes by understanding leadership development and assimilation needs and iterate on ideas and programs.
• Design and deliver organization development and learning interventions that help solve business challenges
• Develop various learning interventions including ILTs, CBTs, VILTs, e-Learning, Videos etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Geographies to develop comprehensive learning programs focused on leadership development and associate growth.
• Design learning experiences using evidence-based instructional strategies, adult learning principles, and innovative technologies.
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led workshops, and multimedia resources.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and impact of learning programs on leadership development and associate performance.
• Collect and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and future learning needs.
• Iterate on learning interventions based on evaluation results and feedback to continuously improve program outcomes.
• Build Monthly, quarterly and annual training program basis stakeholder requirements for Mid & Sr. level leaders along with publishing Training Calendars
• Serve as a subject matter expert on learning science, instructional design, and leadership development within the organization.
• Work with Ad Policy, Tech, Product, Science & Ops Leaders to address learning issues, instruction problems, On the job training needs
• Own introduction & experimentation around trainee surveys, quizzes and tests through LMS/tools where needed

- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
