How will you make an impact in this role?

This position will be part of the Global Commercial Services (GCS), Control management team. 


The candidate will be a part of the GCS Control Management team responsible for conducting business self-testing within defined timelines. The incumbent will be required to perform testing and derive analysis with respect to NLP/LLM implementation within sales practices monitoring. Responsibilities include:


  • As part of First Line of Defense, the candidate will be responsible for execution of Regulatory Business Self Testing in line with established tests,
  • Compliance and Quality checks include testing and analyzing NLP/LLM driven results on call transcripts,
  • Ensure timely closure of compliance errors and completing remediation as necessary,
  • Collaborating with the ESP Project team to support any project requirements,
  • Drive scalable NLP/LLM driven approach for identifying compliance gaps across products and markets.

Critical Factors to Success:


  • Good hands-on experience on MS-Office such as Excel & PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with cross functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills (issue identification, problem structuring, analysis, development of recommendations)
  • Strong work ethic with Enterprise Thinking mindset

Minimum Qualification: 


  • 1 to 4 years of experience in risk management and operations.
  • Experience in Compliance, Privacy, Data Protection, Information Technology, or other regulatory experience preferred.

Academic Background:


  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Commerce or similar field.

Functional Skills/Capabilities:


  • Knowledge of operational risk concepts and programs
  • Knowledge of RBST policies procedures and manuals will be given preference

Technical Skills/Capabilities:


  • Technical background not mandatory

Knowledge of Platforms:


  • Working knowledge of Outreach, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, Salesforce.com preferred
