Discover Impactful Work: The Senior IT Architect will guide and provide solutions for our globally diverse business groups and enable our internal teams to succeed by offering solutions that accommodate their services and needs.

• Identifies critical areas for improvement in the technology used
• Continuously providing insight on ways to apply technology more efficiently.
• Design and develop practical solutions that meet business requirements
• Develop architecture blueprints and documentation in alignment with the TOGAF ADM Framework
• Collaborate to define strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives

• Use of influence skills to acquire agreement and participation from various groups and partners without direct control
• Ensure documentation and processes are well defined so that the engineered solutions are understood and repeatable.
• Follow the TOGAF Architecture Development Model, using artifacts and documentation to support architecture solutions.
• Ensure solutions are well built, backed up & restore tested, and consistently maintained for health

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, systems engineering, or related field. Equivalent work experience is accepted
• Certifications not required, but nice to have: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional), Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or AWS Certified Security – Specialty, TOGAF certification
• Demonstrate strong organizational and leadership capabilities

• 8+ years of IT related work experience
• 8+ years proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing infrastructure solutions
• Familiarity with disaster recovery and business continuity planning in cloud environments
• Experience with Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
• Strong organization skills, leading sophisticated projects

• Strong problem-solving in both ambiguous and tactical situations with a bias for action
• Validated flexibility and ability to perform in a multidimensional environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
