About the Job

• Responsible for managing onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Review and implement HR operations process improvements with a view to achieving enhanced efficiency.
• Work with stakeholders to implement important HR processes and drive for HR automation to increase productivity and improve the employee experience.
• Responsible for data reporting such as headcount, attrition, HR process metrics, and analytics.
• Act as a point of contact for HR operations, internal and external stakeholders within HR operations, and work closely with the HRIT team for successful project execution.
• Support for all payroll and compliance related operational activities
• Ensure all workday tasks and events are resolved as per the agreed timelines.
• Work with communication’s team on all the payroll, compliance, and HR operations related communication rollouts.
• Work with the HRIT team to update all the time management related actions, such as the holiday calendar, compensatory off, double wages, etc.
• End-to-end employment related documentation needs to be maintained and tracked for accuracy.
• Employment-related letters to be issued, such as appointment, probation, promotion, education assistance and Relocation agreements, etc.
• Work with the compliance vendor to ensure all labour, shop, and establishment related compliances are met as per the agreed timelines.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in various HR operations activities with minimum of atleast 5 to 10 yrs exp
• Excellent written and oral communication skills Basic MS Office knowledge
• Experience working with Workday and SNOW would be an added advantage.
