Sr. Governance & Compliance Analyst – Job Description.Are you one who has a keen eye for detail & an out of box thinking?Are you skilled in ensuring that others adhere to pre-agreed terms & conditions?If the answer to any of the above questions is 'Yes', you may be a good fit in this role in Partner Governance team.Under Technology Vendor Management, Partner Governance & Compliance team ensures Contractual compliance of LSEG’s business with Third Party Technology Vendors (including MSPs - Managed Service Providers). Audit of pre-agreed deliverables & obligations by suppliers & their compliance to contractual requirements is essential to LSEG. We ensure that our technology vendors adhere to this requirement on a timely basis, at the required standards of Contract.Failure to adhere to the defined rules and procedures, by our third-party suppliers may have potential financial and legal consequences that may impact LSEG’s business & brand name.We are looking for an experienced Governance & Compliance Analyst whowill deliver effective Contractual Compliance & audit our Strategic Technology vendors regarding their committed deliverables & obligations. Develop and provide controls, standard procedures, process improvement recommendations, mentorship and awareness for regulatory, risk and audit compliance Conduct all aspects of audit and compliance efforts including planning, preparation of audit reports and timely follow-up to procure relevant evidence.Assess third party vendors' Risk against corporate policies Participate in risk mitigation sessions, processes and ensure that all significant regulatory risks are identified and accounted for appropriately.Partner with the wider Vendor Management organization and collaborate with Vendors to ensure successful delivery of contracted deliverables and obligations as per their Contract.Design & deliver reporting which demonstrates compliance position / scorecard.Maintain position as a subject matter expert in compliance and standard processes.Supervise provisioning requirements & provide required accesses to Vendor users in a timely manner.Supervise the end-to-end process of Project Intake to ensure the timely review & approvals of project estimations, resources & timelines in accordance with Contractual agreements.LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
