Domain Expertise
·Expert level technical knowledge and hands on experience of Electrical Products and Solutions – Basics of Electrical, LV and MV Products, PME Architecture, MOMA, Digital Services, UPS & Batteries, Drives etc
·Ability to communicate the product/offers value proposition to trainees
·Co-relate and establish linkage of each training module to digital (hands-on training) and sustainability
Business Acumen
·Understanding of the market, competition, business dynamics, product positioning, offer knowledge and customer segment knowledge
Facilitation Skills
·Passionate towards training and facilitation
·Use real life examples, analogies, storytelling techniques etc to ensure 70% retention on key concepts covered
·Excellent communications skills with ability to create a rapport with participants, engage well, ask relevant questions, and provide crisp and to the point answers
·Good command over English language with the ability to switch to local language if required
·Strong executive presence
·Excellent Power point skills
